We are experts in product and system development, user experience, organizational structure, process optimization and digital community engagement.  Plus, we have an insatiable passion for helping others.  We use those skills and passions to strengthen the connection between your organization and the community, making sure their voices are heard and that their needs are reflected in the construction of your initiatives.  We help you refine your internal workflows and community-facing processes to optimize the impact you have on those you are determined to reach.  And we do it all while effectively educating the public on the services you provide. 

Even when we're not working directly with you, we are working for you.  Because it's the right thing to do.  EVIG Summits are one method we use to proactively seek better solutions.  These loosely moderated social events provide an opportunity for community members and the agencies dedicated to supporting them to communicate.  Common threads of concern and gaps in community support can be identified, cross-agency coordination can flourish and community members can see ways they can make a difference.  The silos separating agencies and their efforts will continue to crumble as the community transitions from being the recipients of well-intentioned services to being an engaged and active part of the solution.  We're not just here to work within your organization.  We're here to increase coordination and effectiveness across the whole show.
